The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance, Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (DCHA/OFDA), is seeking applications from persons interested in providing the PSC services described in the attached solicitation.

Applicants interested in applying for this position must submit the following materials:

1. Complete resume (see solicitation for resume requirements);
2. Supplemental document specifically addressing the Quality Ranking Factors (QRFs); and
3. USPSC Application Form AID 302-3 (applicants are required to complete and sign the form).

Incomplete applications will not be considered for the position. Applicants are responsible for submitting materials that are in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified. There will be no exceptions. Applicants should retain, for their records, copies of all enclosures which accompany their applications.
