About the School of Law: UDC-DCSL is a unique social justice-oriented law school. With the nation's largest requirement of supervised legal service ("clinical legal education,") students work on actual legal cases on behalf low-income people and public interest causes. This means graduates are ready to "hit the ground running" in all manner of legal careers. US News ranked UDC-DCSL's signature clinical program 6th out of 197 U.S. law schools this year. UDC-DCSL is also among the nation's most diverse - and the least expensive law schools. Its location in the District of Columbia affords students easy access to jobs and internships in countless legislative, executive, non-profit and for-profit legal and law-related workplaces. Clinical offerings include: Immigration and Human Rights, Whistleblower Protection, Criminal Law, Juvenile Justice/Special Education, Community Development, Low-Income Tax, General Practice, Legislation and Housing/Consumer Law.

The School of Law is a hidden gem - and the perfect place for people who would add a legal education to their social justice tool kit. We seek a multi-talented, high-energy addition to our staff who truly embraces the mission of the School!

Our motto is Practice Law. Promote Justice. Change Lives. You can help us make that happen by sharing this message broadly!
