In Oguta the tour will visit the Global Green Orufe Industries Industrial Complex Site, where a 300 MW power plant development is planned. The site is being prepared to attract U.S. foreign investment into an enabling investment environment. The U.S. Investment Potential in this project is projected to be $141.5 million and will employ 320 skilled workers, architects, and engineers. The EPC construction and vendor supply opportunities include power generation, gas processing, gas compressor station, gas pipeline, electrical substation, transmission, steel processing, solar power, agriculture, biofuel production, and a host of building materials and equipment. Investment opportunities include hospitality, housing, solar energy, waste-to-energy, fresh and waste water treatment. A tour around Oguta Lake and the Oguta Lake Resort will be provided.

THIRD TOUR STOP - ABUJA




Abuja is the capital of Nigeria and is a modern master planned development. The tour will visit the Nigerian Investment Promotion Corporation for a briefing on key investment opportunities and incentives to attract foreign investment. Tour guests will be hosted by several dignitaries to discuss development as well as import/export opportunities throughout the nation, including healthcare, hospitality, housing, hotel, airport, theme park, mining & minerals, and agriculture.

FOURTH TOUR STOP - LAGOS




Lagos has recently attracted $10 billion in funding from Dubai to develop a smart city plan within Lagos. Apart from creating thousands of jobs for its citizens, the project is planned become the world's first carbon neutral city. Lagos will become an important centre for innovation in smart technologies, wellness and a destination for green tourism. Meetings will be held to discuss key projects such as the smart city project, as well as a proposed beach resort development on prime property in Lagos, mass transit to eliminate major traffic congestion, and creating a television/film/media center and entertainment hub for the new smart city development.
