State Mass Care Planner – Springfield, IL
This position is responsible for leading and managing a primarily volunteer team to support and provide Mass Care in an assigned geographic region.  This position serves as the lead functional expert in a Red Cross Region for the Mass Care function. Tailoring national program offerings for the Region and communities within the Region, providing technical expertise, training, and leading regional implementation of Mass Care, this position supports regional employees and volunteers in the disaster territories to build capacity in the local community for the disaster cycle.  Specific functions of this position include program implementation, remote team building of employees and volunteers, and soliciting feedback from end customers.  This position works to perform these functions according to the program direction provided by the Mass Care function at headquarters. Team leadership, supervision, and personnel development is provided by the Regional Disaster Functions/Support Director or the Regional Disaster and Program Officer; and may have a dotted line to the DPM or Community Exec (s) in the territory they cover.

Senior Disaster Program Manager – Lafayette, LA or Baton Rouge, LA
The Senior Disaster Program Manager (Sr. DPM) is responsible for the management of disaster services programs for the state of Louisiana. The Senior DPM leads and manages several Disaster Program Managers and Specialist throughout region who are responsible for the operating disaster preparedness, response and recovery programs within their local areas.  The Sr. DPM will plan, direct and implement  strategic department/service/program goals and objectives, and ensures the necessary development of Disaster Leadership Volunteers within each of the functional areas of disaster cycle services to meet the needs of the region, state and division.   This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a strong team that makes an incredible impact on communities throughout the entire state every day.

Regional Disaster Program Officer – San Juan, PR
The Regional Disaster Program Officer (RDPO) is responsible for the implementation of the disaster services program throughout the region in alignment with established metrics.  All disaster positions in a region have a solid line reporting relationship to the RDPO.  The RDPO will also ensure that employees and volunteers within a region are assigned specific “relationship management” responsibilities with key emergency management staff, non-governmental organizations and corporate/organizations supporting disaster services (i.e., account management).  Serves during times of disaster in an operational leadership role for any scale of disaster.  Participates in a leadership role on smaller operations regionally, division or nationwide.

The Disaster Program Specialist (DPS) is responsible for either providing functional expertise to the Disaster Program Manager (DPM) and Volunteer Leadership at a territory or regional level, or, taking full cycle responsibility to provide service delivery programs within a subset of the Disaster Program Managers assigned geography and under the supervision and authority of the DPM. The DPS will accomplish this responsibility largely through the support, development and operational guidance of a team of trained volunteer leaders, volunteers and partners, as well as participate in the implementation and development of initiatives to increase Red Cross visibility through program/service delivery.

Disaster Program Manager – New Port Richie, FL
The Disaster Program Manager (DPM) is responsible for the management of disaster programs and services in designated counties.  This will include local disaster preparedness, response and recovery management.  The DPM leads a primarily volunteer based team, and is responsible for ensuring there is proper development of disaster leadership volunteers in each of the disaster cycle program areas throughout the islands.    This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a strong team that makes an incredible impact within their communities on a daily basis. 

We are currently seeking a Manager, Service to the Armed Forces (Mid Atlantic Division)
to work in our Mid Atlantic Division and can office in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia division. This position will work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and some weekends and evenings will be required during times of business need. Travel will also be involved up to 40% of the time.

The Manager, Service to the Armed Forces (Mid Atlantic Division) provides guidance, support and assistance to Red Cross offices in establishing, growing and maintaining Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) core services. This position will report to the Division SAF Director.
