The Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) program promotes emergency preparedness and community resilience by training, organizing and utilizing neighborhood-based groups of disaster response volunteers. NET volunteers help prepare their neighborhoods for emergencies and disasters through community outreach, while preparing themselves to conduct search and rescue operations immediately following a disaster until professional emergency responders can respond.

Full Time - $3,946.00 - $6,075.00 Monthly.

Location: Portland Oregon, USA

The PBEM Community Resilience Team (CRT) promotes emergency preparedness and community resilience by training, organizing and utilizing neighborhood-based groups of disaster response volunteers in the Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) program and Basic Earthquake Emergency Communications Node (BEECN) program. The CRT is also charged with promoting disaster preparedness through outreach and by training/empowering neighbors to prepare their own communities.
