The Office of Campaign Finance (OCF) regulates the reporting and disclosure of the financial operations and activities of candidates for local office, political committees, political action committees, independent expenditure committees, and the constituent service and statehood fund programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts desk reviews of financial reports and prepares draft requests for additional information for the Supervisory Auditor's review. Monitors compliance actions taken by auditees, and in consultation with the Supervisory Auditor, to determine whether desk review may be closed.
Qualifications and Education:
Applicant must have an accounting, auditing; or a degree including auditing courses in a related field such as business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting. The 24 hours may include up to 6 hours of credit in business law.
