The U.S. Department of State is currently accepting applications for a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) located in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is under the Under Secretary for Democracy and Human Rights and works to keep Americans safe at home by countering international crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad. INL helps countries deliver justice and fairness by strengthening their police, courts, and corrections systems.

The purpose of this Personal Services Contract is to fill the position of Contracting Officer Representative. The COR will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and direction in the administration of multiple INL contracts, grants, and letters of agreement for both services and commodities to include construction and non-construction. These contracts encompass a contract value of approximately $5 million USD annually with over 25 personnel on assignment throughout Haiti. These contracts support the entire INL program.

This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Services Contract position. You do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position.
