Supervise the implementation of the disaster services program in an assigned geographic territory. Lead and supervise Disaster Program staff and volunteer team responsible for local preparation, response, and recovery management as well as management of government partnerships within assigned territory.  Implement disaster preparedness, response, and recovery programs in the local area.
