bring resilient and disaster planning objective for underserved communities in
the greater Houston, Texas area.
In joining BEMA Int COCO seeks to
create a relationship with DHS\FEMA, expand to solar backed-up resilience centers
and most importantly an organization similar to BEMA’s Los Angeles members in
an organization similar to Emergency Network Los Angeles (ENLA, https://enla.org/ ) for an Emergency Network Houston, Texas (EMHT)

engagement, participation in all the phases of emergency management while
continuing their CERT (community emergency response team) objectives.
