Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Admin Dir of Sustainability, the Sustainability Program Analyst will support the
Sustainability Department by interacting with relevant clinical and support
departments to collect data and perform statistical analyses of sustainability
indicators for current programs to determine their effectiveness and progress
toward stated objectives. The role supports department leadership in analyzing
sustainability program progress and success and identifying and recommending
initiatives based on data review. The analyst will develop and document methodologies
and make efforts to standardize the data collection and analysis process.
The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the integrated waste management program
by reviewing invoices and administering vendor relationships, organizing and conducting
waste audits and assessments, and liaisoning with internal and external parties to ensure
compliance, efficiency, and savings. Work will be performed in an office or clinical setting,
at various UCLA Health locations as designated. The analyst will follow all policies and
procedures set by the Medical Center and the University.
Salary Range: $76,200 - $158,800 / annually
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in one of the following areas: Environmental Science,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as analyst, report preparation and writing.
- Ability to present a pleasant and customer-oriented demeanor at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with data reporting systems:
- Excel, Tableau, EnergySTAR, etc.
Preferred
- Preferred Minimum of 2 years in healthcare and familiar with medical terminology.
- LEED GA Certification.
