NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

Ever have your work, time, and efforts into a project halted simply due to someone, or another entity grasping the heart of your ideas down to the letter but with a different branding?

Ever been a team member for a proposal, grant, or other venture and suddenly when the distribution of the financial compensation of the results of your time, efforts, pro bono work, or other financial inputs are never fully compensated for your worth?

BEMA International as noted below is a collective of BEMA International, the Africa Emergency Managers Association, and the Caribbean Emergency Managers Association for the sake of clarity.

BEMA International is advising moving forward in future ventures with the association, and other members to submit a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for any upcoming individual, or multi-stakeholder partnerships to ensure that our membership are protected for work conducted, and properly compensated when future teaming agreements arise.

This is our commitment to changing the paradigm, and controlling the narrative for our members and our communities.

Completed NDA’s will be attached to each member membership file wishing to submit an NDA for any future teaming agreements with other association members that their work, their efforts will not be disclosed outside of the team with non-members of BEMA International.

NDA’s are not mandatory for membership, but are being implemented to ensure trust, and credibility as a part the association culture.

Future teaming agreements within BEMA International and members organizations will be done on a case-by-case basis.

Submit your NDA so you don’t miss opportunities as they arise within BEMA International, and with other member ventures.

"We need leaders not in love with money but in love with justice.  Not in love with publicity but in love with humanity.  Leaders who can subject their particular egos to the pressing urgencies of the great cause of freedom…a time like this demands great leaders.”      Martin Luther King, Jr.
