#BEMAInternationalfoodsecurity

Pamela Boyce Simms invites you to join the Earthcare-UN.Decade.People.of.African.Descent group.
Message from Pamela Boyce Simms
Friends of African Decent - The world is in a state of existential crisis which is causing tremendous suffering. A coalition of colleagues from throughout the African Diaspora (in the US, Caribbean, Latin America and Africa) is working on the UN International Decade for People of African Descent to encourage people to own, and make full use of the means of food production. A key goal is to reconnect population nodes within the African Diaspora. The cornerstone issues of land retention, acquisition, agricultural use, and rural-urban connections are the 2017 themes. Accept this invitation in order to stay in the loop and if you wish, take part in one of our upcoming Diaspora Earthcare Coalition briefing sessions. Learn about the Earthcare Coalition's organizing and work on land and food sovereignty at village, town, city, regional, national, international, and supranational scales. Share your story. We look forward to welcoming you to the conversation.
