The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
seeks individuals who are experiencing fatigue to join a research study.
Researchers want to understand the specific types of fatigue and the causes that may trigger it.
Participants will complete questionnaires, interviews, and computer and physical tasks. Some of the tasks can be completed at home.
Participants will be asked to give blood and also have the option to provide cheek swab, saliva, and urine samples and have a brain scan (i.e. fMRI).
You may be eligible if you:
• Are 18 years of age or older
You may NOT participate if you:
• Are not fluent in English
• Have an alcohol and/or substance use problem
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are an NINR employee/staff or related to an NINR employee/staff member
