2017. Support the Clean Water Rule

Dear Charles,

You know how important clean water is to your business and the economy. But some groups are trying to undermine the EPA’s Clean Water Rule in the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. That’s why it’s so important that businesses sign onto a legal amicus brief supporting strong, national clean water protections.
Sign your business name to the amicus brief.

The Clean Water Rule is critical to ensuring that headwater streams and wetlands are protected. These bodies provide water and revenue for millions of businesses across a wide range of industries, including brewing, farming, retail, food production and recreation.

The rule will give businesses much needed confidence that streams and waters will be protected. It also provides a consistent regulatory system based on sound science. And, the rule will help foster smart economic development.

Show the 6th Circuit that businesses want to preserve the Clean Water Rule.

Sincerely,

Richard Eidlin
