State. ICE and possible activation of military at federal level.
California Guard are under the jurisdiction of the State and Governor
could be circumvented.
Fictional: "Beware the 'Ides of March'." (March 15 for actiivity)
"Beware the Ides of March" is
the famous warning given to Julius Caesar
by a soothsayer in William Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar
, foreshadowing his assassination on March 15, 44 BC. While the phrase
is now synonymous with betrayal and doom, the "Ides" originally had a
much more mundane meaning in the ancient Roman calendar.
