Join the Department of Insurance Securities & Banking (DISB) Student Loans Ombudsman for the Fall Higher Education College designed to support high school students as they prepare for college!

The series will provide high school seniors and their families with vital information from higher education professionals to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (“FAFSA”), strategically and successfully apply and compete for grants and scholarships to minimize if not eliminate the need for student loans, and tools to select the college or university that best meets the needs of the prospective student.

This year the Detroit Black Community Food Security Network's 14th Annual Harvest Festival will be a virtual experience! There will be learn shops, a virtual farm tour, a cooking demonstration by Chef Nezaa, children's activities and much more! Its taking place THIS WEEKEND October 16-18, 2020.
