organization at no cost.

our new process for registration, every participant will need to
create an account, even if you have previously attended LSU-NCBRT
trainings. This is a one time step and will merge prior training

MGT-324-C: Campus Emergencies Prevention, Response,
and Recovery - Customized (8 hours*)
The goal of this course is to assist the campus
community and neighboring jurisdictions in developing
the necessary decision-making skills to prevent,
protect, mitigate the effects of, respond to, and recover
from a an active shooter situation or other campus
emergency. More information on this course can be found here.
The target audience for this course includes
campus leaders who may be involved in planning for, responding to,
and recovering from campus emergencies. Suggested attendees are
personnel from PK-12 schools and institutes of higher education
(IHEs), first responders, elected officials, and community
stakeholders whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to
the following:

Techniques - Customized (4 hours)
This course trains law enforcement, emergency
responders and other public safety personnel to improve
their observational techniques by using a four-step
ongoing screening process that includes increasing
protective awareness, identifying pre-operational
behavior, evaluating and taking action. More information

The primary target audience for this
course is law enforcement and security personnel.
The secondary audience for this
course is fire services, emergency medical services, government
officials, public safety personnel, facility managers, and any others
who support security operations for sites or events.

hours*)
This performance-level course introduces entry-level
intelligence personnel to the foundational knowledge, skills, and
abilities required to operate within a modern criminal intelligence
environment. Using an all-crimes, all-hazards, and all-threats framework,
the course addresses traditional criminal activity, domestic and
international terrorism, and emerging threats. More

PER 383-C: Document Inspection Essentials - Customized
(4 hours
This course provides participants with the essential
skills to evaluate the authenticity of identification documents and
ensure that documents are lawfully possessed. The course provides
tools and techniques that participants can use during the interview
process to identify impostors and to examine identification
documents that subjects present to them. More

This class is designed for entry-level law enforcement
and front-line law enforcement
including patrol officers, school resource officers,
campus police officers, terrorism liaison
officers, and community policing officers. The secondary target audience for this course includes
the following: public safety
professionals, including investigators, parole or
probation officers, public health investigators,
EMS, fire service, and others in public safety-related
positions.
