I accept the challenge.

22 Day Pushup Challenge - Veteran’s Suicide Prevention” - We are part of a sub community that only people from it can understand. We are in this fight together!
For day 16, I nominate another great American ... Charles D Sharp

The rules are simple:
* Once you are nominated your 22 days start the following day.
* Every day you record yourself doing 22 push-ups. Do them in any way you can. Effort is what counts…not form.
* Every day you must nominate a different person.
* And finally, have fun with this. This is a simple and interactive way to get the word out about a matter that we must continue to shed light on.

This is Day 16 of my 22-day push-up challenge. I was nominated to do 22 push-ups a day for 22 days to raise awareness for our military veterans. Studies show, we lose 22 veterans a day to suicide, and the hope is this small act shows our teammates they are never alone. We must continue to address the stigma surrounding mental health and proactively remove any guilt, shame, or resistance which stands in the way to seeking care.

These brave men and women put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms and we must show them there’s a better way. After all, LOVE is the biggest weapon we have against this…God Bless you and God Bless America! 🇺🇸 #22forvets
