COVID-19 2020 and Beyond. Volunteer Compensation. IRS Rules must change


 Equity must come in multiple forms and options in vulnerable communities

·      Are IRS rules regarding in-kind compensation, and other rewards or compensation a hindrance for volunteers especially in vulnerable communities?

·      Should volunteer compensation be taxable or a credit to increase the number of volunteers during times of crisis locally, Statewide, and during a National Significant Event?
