Within BEMA International we precede homeless or homelessness with  'RECOVERY'  (recovery\homeless, recovery\homelessness). To emphasized that recovery\homelessness is attributed to a crisis event, a disaster, a financial loss, a pandemic.  Recovery brings into focus all the resources and sectors available to resolve a crisis. Many are voluntarily in recovery\homeless mode for these and other reasons. But the right to a home\shelter is a human right, a need for all. Recovery\homeless is one of the most complex 'global' events that requires 21st Century solutions to eliminate from the globe.  One of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's).
