  Civilian Reservist Emergency Workforce Act. This act amends the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and
  Emergency Assistance Act as well as the Uniformed Services Employment and
  Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) to provide FEMA reservists the same
  protections that military reservists, national guard members, national
  disaster medical service, and urban search and rescue system members enjoy, including
  reemployment rights for their non-FEMA day job.   |
