HAZARD MITIGATION ASSISTANCE     Subrecipient Grant Management Costs Webinar

Dear Hazard Mitigation Partners, This webinar will assist subapplicants applying for Subrecipient Grant Management Costs (SRMC). Management costs are direct administrative costs, indirect costs, and other administrative grant activities that are associated with administering specific project grants. Eligible SRMC will be reimbursed at 100% federal funding, up to 5% of the total awarded project cost. The webinar will cover eligible activities for management costs including: Monitoring grant spend down, milestones completed, and scope of work against the approved grant scope of work, schedule, and budget Preparing procurement documents in compliance with federal (2 CFR Section 200), state, and local procurement requirements Preparing reimbursement requests, including invoices, timesheets, etc. in compliance with state and federal requirements Preparing quarterly progress reports Preparing grant closeout package When: May 31, 2023 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Pacific Time To Register Click Here DR 4683 & 4699 subapplications will be due to Cal OES by August 4th through the Cal OES Engage Portal.
