If you are looking to get your child or teen connected to engaging activities after school or on the weekends, come to Turkey Thicket Recreation Center between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and find a program that works well for your child and family. And downtown, at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library, we are hosting a hiring fair for youth between the ages of 18 and 24. No registration is necessary — young people can just show up to the library between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. with their resume and meet with potential employers. Need assistance printing your resume? The library can help with that too.
