Not just money being sent back. What is the diaspora members returned and changed the entire paradigm?

 Financial institutions in the U.S. and in the countries receiving funds, know weekly, monthly, and annually the amount of funds sent to family members in home nations in Caribbean, Central & South American, and especially to the nations of Africa.

What if?

You went back with all the knowledge, skills, from another country (U.S., France, GB, etc.)

This is just for Jamaica.  What if....?
