Crisis and disasters come in many forms.  From natural to man-made events.

It involves all, not just FEMA, Fire\EMS, and Law Enforcement but an ‘all hands on deck’, and agencies coordinating resources and expertise and whole community, entire systems (internal and external) approach to problem solving.  Agencies taking a lead role with the full support of others in resolving an issue. 

Issues from recovery\homelessness, lack of affordable housing, environmental contamination of water, food deserts in communities, education, crime, etc.
