Could your plans take the scrutiny? Training Opportunity - Master Exercise Practitioner Program (MEPP) Series
You’ve written the plans (hazard, pandemic, containment, etc.).
Have you designed your plan, policy, and procedures with any of
the exercise types: table-top, drills, functional, full-scale, etc. in mind?
Now that your plans are written part of your planning should
have been for the implementation of exercising the plans.
If not, step back and re-write before final
approval.
Design exercises in your overall
project planning, and approval process.
