Our topic will be WARN, an intrastate network of water and wastewater utilities that share resources with one another during emergencies. Most recently, WARN was activated for Hurricane Sandy. Our guests will include John Whitler, Environmental Protection Specialist with the EPA's Water Security Division and Kevin Morley, Security and Preparedness Program Manager for the American Water Works Association (AWWA).
