Stacy’s® invites applications from female entrepreneurs for Rise Project
In partnership with Hello Alice, a free platform that supports small business owners looking to learn and grow, Stacy’s® Pita Chips invites applications for its annual Rise Project initiative, which aims to empower and support women entrepreneurs on their paths to establishing a successful business through funding, mentorship, and community. Launched in the United States in 2017, the program has supported over 50 founders with mentorship and over $450,000 in grants.
The program aims to support for-profit U.S.-based businesses selling consumer packaged goods. Through the program, winners will receive $25,000 in business grants, four months of 2:1 PepsiCo executive mentorship, increased visibility through Stacy’s brand platform, a peer network with other women entrepreneurs, and a spotlight feature on the FoundedByHer.org business directory.
To be eligible, applicants must be legal residents of one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico; 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska). Businesses must have at least $25,000 and no more than $1 million in annualized sales.
