|  | | DBCFSN is Hiring! | The Farm Manager is responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects of farm operations including but not limited to planning, germination, planting, irrigation, weeding, harvesting, composting, hoop house operations and pest management. The Farm Manager must have good communication and team-building skills as they are responsible for supervising paid staff, interns, and volunteers. The Farm Manager must support DBCFSN’s mission and be committed to our work of building Black Food Sovereignty. An understanding of African American history and culture is essential.
