RE: Montgomery County Farm Bureau 2024 Agriculture Ambassador Program
For Immediate Release 

 

Montgomery County Farm Bureau (MCFB) is seeking applicants to serve as the 2024 Agriculture Ambassador.  The Agriculture Ambassador program provides young adults with advocacy tools to serve as agricultural ambassadors promoting agriculture and the Farm Bureau throughout Montgomery County and Maryland. $ 1,000 educational scholarships will be awarded to the Ag Ambassadors selected male and/or female winner.

 

Youth between the ages of 17-21 with agricultural experience and/or a 4-H/FFA agricultural project may apply.  The applicant and/or a parent/guardian must be a voting Montgomery County Farm Bureau member in good standing (current dues paid) before applying to the contest. Applicants will be notified by email when an application is received. The 2024 Ag Ambassador and Runner-up(s) Winners will be announced at the MCFB Annual Picnic on June 9th at 4pm.
