The United Nations Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world and an initiative of the UN Secretary-General.

We're looking forward to hosting you through our all-in-one online event platform: Hopin. During Leaders Summit, you will take part in main stage plenaries, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and even 1:1 bilaterals via video chats! Please take a moment to secure your seat, complete your Hopin profile, and preview the event.  For your profile please include your full name, email, company and profile picture. This will help our virtual event feel more like an in-person event! Also, please add your LinkedIn profile, Twitter, handle, and website in case you would like to connect with others during the virtual network or after the event.

Here are a few best practices in preparation for the summit:

Join from a compatible browser. Hopin works best on Chrome and Firefox.  Check your internet speed. We recommend a minimum of 5mbps download and 2mbps upload. Ideally, we like to see 30mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher for the best quality. Click here for a speed test. Restart your computer before joining the event. Ensure no other video applications are holding onto audio or video for any reason and all other websites are closed for optimal performance. Use headphones when participating on-screen. Help eliminate echo and feedback. Make sure your headline is up-to-date. We recommend writing your full name followed by your organization name. Join the conversation on social. Use the hashtag #LeadersSummit and #UnitingBusiness. Dress to impress. You'll have the opportunity to video chat with fellow attendees, so make sure to tune-in camera ready. Get familiar with the platform. Watch the "How to use Hopin as an attendee" tutorial video.
