Many children rely on the healthy meals
they receive at school. But what happens when school lets out for
summer?
The Summer Meals Program provides free meals and snacks to kids 18 and
younger from families with low incomes. The program may also be available
for some students with disabilities. Use the Summer Meal Site Finder
mapping tool to find directions to nearby sites and hours of operation.
You can
also contact the National Hunger Hotline. Call
1-866-348-6479 for English or 1-877-842-6273 for Spanish, Monday through
Friday between 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET for immediate help.
