Nebraska
Man Sentenced for Bank Fraud
A 64-year-old Nebraska man was sentenced to 36
months’ imprisonment for bank fraud, to be followed five years of
supervised release. He also was ordered to pay $5,059,035.43 in
restitution. The case was investigated by the United States
Department of Agriculture – Office of the Inspector General and
the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
