EPA as a tool for underserved communities within the U.S. and Globally.

EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) has detection, monitoring & evaluation, and a monetary bite across the board in all sectors.  ECJ has to go at the heart of the issue in contamination in I’d say over 95% of the cases Nationally in the U.S., and Globally, Corporations.

Now is the time to go toe-to-toe with the corporations with ESG, Justice40, and ECJ as additional justification for communities within the U.S. and globally.  Justice40 impacts ALL federal agencies even international (USAID, International Trade, etc.).

NAACP are comprised of many in the legal profession.  Courts are where the battle will be won, and justice prevails.

When the EPA was weaponized by previous administrations, they became ineffective in protecting minority environmental rights.

Anonymous: Time to re-arm the agency with advocates from the community. Keep in mind the BIGGEST opponent is corporations who were the main contaminators. This was the weapon that previous administrations used, corporations.

EPA unveils new office to place environmental justice at agency’s core

In creating a high-profile new Office of Environmental Justice and External Civil Rights, the administration hopes to enshrine a focus on equity for long-polluted communities that will “outlive all of us,” says Administrator Michael Regan.

“……Beginning in the early 20th century, mostly White public officials in many places instituted “redlining” policies that kept Black, Latino and other minority, low-income residents in neighborhoods deemed undesirable. It was in those same places that heavy industry and other sources of pollution were allowed to cluster, exposing residents to layer upon layer of health risks, many of which remain. …..)
